At The Knights Armoury, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next challenge. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact for a full refund.

  Ship to the Armoury

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
